Privacy Policy

Zylzio is a one-person studio run by Sean Orgaz. I only collect what I need to reply to you and run the business, I don't sell your data, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

When you use the contact form or booking calendar, I collect the details you submit — your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message or note.

The site also uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (via Vercel) to understand general traffic. This does not identify you personally.

To respond to your message, schedule and run calls, prepare proposals, and deliver and support work you hire me for. That's it.

I don't sell or rent your information. I use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site — Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery) — and they only process your data to provide those services.

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you — just email sean@zylzio.com and I'll take care of it.

I keep your information only as long as needed to respond, deliver work, and meet basic record-keeping obligations — then I remove it.
