About

A studio of one — on purpose.

I'm Sean Orgaz. I build custom software for businesses that have outgrown generic tools — solo and fast, with the newest tools. No agency, no account managers, no bloat. Staying lean isn't a limitation; it's the point.

The story

I'm Sean Orgaz — an engineer. I'm building Zylzio while finishing a computer-engineering degree and a master's, and the studio came from a simple itch: I'd rather build things businesses actually use than spend my career on someone else's roadmap. Engineering taught me how to build. Sales taught me how to listen. Zylzio is both.

Here's what I kept noticing: there's an overwhelming amount of software out there, and most businesses have no idea what they actually need — the sheer choice is the problem. My job is to cut through it. Figure out what will genuinely move your business, then build it: software that converts more sales, saves time, and keeps customers coming back.

The bar has moved. With AI and the tools we have now, you have to be a little tech-savvy to compete — but most owners are too busy running the business to learn it, and AI can do far more than people realize. That gap is exactly where I work: I build it, improve it, and train your team to run it. I also help with the marketing and strategy to grow what I build — flyers, ads, launch materials, the plan behind them.

The proof is everything around you. The scheduler you'd book a call through, the client portal, the dashboards — I built all of it myself. It's the clearest demo of what I can build for you. Products like AI Reception and the restaurant ordering app started the same way: built, tested in the open, then put to work for real businesses.

I run the studio solo, on purpose — for now, from Boca Raton, working with businesses across South Florida and remote clients everywhere. I'd rather prove every project delivers real value and sharpen my own workflows before I grow a team. It also means you get a direct line to the person actually writing the code, from first call to launch and beyond. One day there'll be a team; today, lean is the advantage. The studio runs on discipline, systems, and no shortcuts.

The clients I do my best work with have a growth mindset, want to push their business forward, and communicate well. Build something with me and I'm in your corner for the long run.
